GoogleThe process of selling this house was so quick, Country Properties have previously managed this property for me as a letting since 2016 but at the start of this year I decided it was time to sell up - Fiona picked up the sale and helped get everything in place ready to list as soon as the property was vacant. Within less than a week of the property being live on the market we had a buyer that had offered asking price and the ball was rolling on the sale immediately.
Fiona and the rest of the team at Royston were available for any questions I had throughout the sale and if for any reason I wasn't able to reach my solicitor directly I was able to get an update from Country Properties directly so I always knew what was happening. I'd highly recommend using the Royston Country Properties team if you're selling a house within the area for a quick and painless sale.
