GoogleCountry Properties in Ampthill are absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone searching for a property. Our chain was large and at times complex but they were brilliant throughout maintaining constant communication. Most notably I would like to mention Sasha and Jake from the team who go above and beyond to provide a 5 star service; they really make you feel valued.

GoogleWe’ve just completed our move with Country Properties, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team was brilliant in finding us the perfect home while securing a fantastic buyer for ours. The entire process ran so smoothly, thanks to their expertise and care. Jake, who initially valued our house, truly understood what we were looking for. Even though we viewed several properties, he always knew “the one” was coming to market and expertly timed our sale to align with it. Billie was excellent during negotiations, ensuring our sale price matched the purchase of our new home, her attention to detail really made a difference. Sasha was an absolute star when progressing the sale, keeping everything on track with clear communication and such a lovely, supportive approach throughout. We were also fortunate to have a great chain that worked collaboratively to make the process stress-free. Ken was fantastic in managing all negotiations around fixtures and fittings, helping us tweak things until everyone was happy. GoogleCountry Properties Shefford were outstanding and repeatedly went the extra mile on our behalf. It was not the most straightforward transaction, as there were repeated problems with a property at the bottom of the chain and some difficult decisions had to be made. But their determination won the day and they always had a 'plan B'. They always worked in our best interests and offered sound advice along the way. They made a difficult process so much easier than it might have been. Highly recommended

GoogleIf only I could give 6 stars! It's no coincidence that many other reviewers use the word 'team'. I was impressed by their team-working from the very start, and from instructing Karl to sell a 'challenging' house to completion took just 12 weeks - it would not have happened before Christmas without Laura being so pro-active, and Danni was also really helpful - I was getting daily updates from them in the last week amidst the usual frustrations when dealing with Solicitors. They were an absolute joy to deal with, and I honestly don't think I would have had the same service from the other Biggleswade estate agents I consulted.
