GoogleWe purchased a property being marketed by Country Properties and despite the fact they weren’t acting for us they have been incredibly helpful. It wasn’t entirely straightforward and Sasha communicated regularly with us and the estate agent/solicitor dealing with our sale. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleCountry Properties sold our house last year and we couldn't have had a better service. We were on the market with another high street store for 7 months without a sale, but once we switch country properties sold our house within the month! Their communications are great and they kept us updated every step of the way.

GoogleIf I could give 6 stars I would happily! Irma and the entire country property team at Royston were incredible helpful throughout the entire process. They kept us up to date regularly and were always willing to take our calls and answer any questions we had no matter how big or how small. Really really couldn’t recommend them enough!

GoogleSelling our flat was far from straightforward due to the leasehold, but the team at Country Properties, especially Lucy and Jamie, were absolutely amazing throughout the process. They handled everything with professionalism and determination, always keeping me informed and reassured. Despite the complexities (which had nothing to do with Country Properties), Lucy and Jamie went above and beyond to keep things moving. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. GoogleWe had a fairly lengthy and at times challenging first time buying experience due to issues outside of Country Properties control. However, throughout the process both Ken and Sasha have been wonderful. They have kept us up to date, provided really helpful advice and encouraged us to keep going. They are both incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, I would strongly recommend choosing Country Properties when buying or selling.

GoogleWhere do I start? I cannot praise Country Properties enough! As a first-time buyer, I began my search in August, found my property in September, and completed just in time for Christmas! While I know this isn’t always the case, it was made possible thanks to the incredible team and Phil at Country Properties. The whole process was seamless. As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know what to expect, but the communication was fantastic. My friends kept asking if I was feeling stressed, and my honest reply was, “Not really... because I have Phil, haha!” From start to finish, the team provided regular updates and genuine support. I truly felt that Phil and the team were rooting for me and the sellers to have a smooth experience. At the beginning of my journey, Jackie was brilliant during the property viewing, pointing out features and considerations I hadn’t even thought of. Later, the team went above and beyond, special thanks to Carol, who kindly picked up some paperwork for me on her day off! Not only did I end up with a beautiful property, but I feel like I made some friends along the way. I will always highly recommend Country Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. GoogleWe sold our first home through country properties, and the quality of costumer service was the best by far. We had consistent communication, and the sale over all didn't take as long as expected - just over 3 months. Always responded to emails, answered calls and kept us updated through the sale. I would recommend country properties every time and when I sell again I will absolutely be going back to them! Thank you.
