GoogleWe have just completed on what turned out to be quite a lengthy and complex sale. We found Sasha in sales to be amazing - always professional, polite, upbeat and thorough in everything she did, often going above and beyond! Excellent communication throughout the process made it a pleasure to deal with them. I will definitely recommend Country Properties to others 😀

GoogleOverall I'm delighted with the service provided by the Ampthill team with the sale of my house. From start to finish my experience was a very positive one. From the initial valuation which was honest, & turned out to be spot on for the current market, right through to final completion - everyone involved in the Ampthill office went out of their way to provide a top service. The whole team were fantastic, but a special thank you to Sasha for getting the sale over the line. I was so grateful for the careful negotiations & reassurance during some tough moments holding together a tricky chain. You'll be in very safe hands with your sale!

GoogleI used to rent a property with country properties. During that time I interacted mainly with Debbie I found the whole experience deeply unpleasant. She seemed more concerned about making money for the landlord than about my experience as a tenant: it made me feel stressed and pressured. I also experienced them as unprofessional due to the lack of service that was available to me - what I mean by service is a welcoming attitude and kind approach, which would make me feel safe and supported to raise any concerns I might have. However, both members of the rental branch - Debbie and Hayley- made me feel I was a burden and every time I spoke on the phone it would be rushed. The usual line was ‘we’re about to go into a meeting’. This caused me much anxiety when I was living in Shefford, I couldn’t wait to move! My view of their behaviour whilst living in one of their properties was just confirmed when I had to call them unexpectedly because I accidentally sent a package to the old address and wondered if there was any way of getting the package to me. If not I enquired into whether it would be possible for them to ask their tenant to hold the package for me or see if I could be sent on. However I was told ‘that wasn’t possible’ and Debbie rushed me off the phone. She wouldn’t even ask for me. How is this a professional service and moreover how is this kind? Is kindness and civility not a part of managing a business for them? It seems not… I’ve dealt with and lived under the care of several different real estate agents and this was by the far the worst! The whole experience of living in a property is defined by the attitude and service real estate agent. Therefore, I wanted to warn future and would strongly recommend trying finding another real estate agent to help you if possible!

Google10/10 service!! I cannot recommend country properties shefford enough!! The entire process of selling and buying has been hassle free and extremely professional. The photos you receive are professionally taken meaning you already have a head start for selling. I sold instantly with no time wasters and multiple offers. Steph really goes above and beyond every single day. The customer service is outstanding. You always feel looked after and put first whilst selling your home/ buying. I have been lucky enough to sell and then buy through country properties because of their fast work and wouldn't go anywhere else again.

GoogleWe listed with a few estate agents before Country, but we SOLD with Country. They get the most traffic, have the biggest database but more than that, they’re a caring team. They have a branch you can pop into and people who work hard to get the best result for you. Fully recommend.

Steph Beresford, the manager went over and above to ensure the sales process went as quickly and smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend this professional and responsive estate agent.

GoogleExcellent service from all the staff at the Shefford branch. Good marketing advice initially and the team got plenty of viewings for us. Kept update at all times and after our first sale collapsed after 6 months, not due to Country Properties, they quickly re marketed our house and we had 3 offers in only 2 days leading to a very completion in less than 8 weeks. Excellent liaison with the recommended solicitors. Big thanks especially to Lucy who handled our transaction.
