I recently used Country&Properties to sell our home in biggleswade. From day 1 the process was straightforward, Karl popped round to value property and set everything up. Within a couple of days we were on the market. Laura then came over to look round the property so she knew what she was selling. Within a week we started receiving good offers and couple of weeks later it was sold. The whole process has been smooth, Laura has gone out of her way to keep me up to speed with everything, chasing the chain, chasing solicitors etc etc. Country & Properties are your premium estate agent and I would highly recommend.

It is always said that moving home is one of the 3 most stressful things you can do in life. It’s true !!! Although my sale took 5 months to complete due to complexities regarding freehold/leasehold without Laura at Country Properties help I doubt I would have seen it through. She was always at the end of the phone when I had a question or needed advice. She liaised with the solicitors at times when I felt I was getting nowhere with them. I’m sure by the time my sale came to completion Laura hearing my voice in her sleep. I can only thank her for her help and support, she is a credit to Country Properties.

Myself and my partner, Natalie, purchased our first home through Country Properties, Biggleswade and were fortunate enough to have Laura Simmons assigned to the sale. Laura was a fantastic help from day one of general enquiries all through to completion.
