Everyone hopes that their move is going to be straight forward, but when it isn't thats when you really need help and support. Our sale has been a rather difficult one as just before exchanging contracts we had a burst pipe and our downstairs was completely flooded. This really delayed and made the whole process much more complicated, however Mike and all the staff at Charters were so helpful and accommodating, really going that extra mile for us, Thank you Mike and all the team in the Alton office. Charters have dealt with the sale of our property and although, it has been a difficult sale, have kept us informed all along the way. At the very end, when we were nearly ready to pull out, Nony did all she could to keep all parties very focussed on what we were all trying to achieve and finally our exchange happened with all parties (I am sure) very pleased! Thank you Nony for all you did. I would also like to mention Leanne Conyers for all her help too and it was just a shame that she was off sick at the end to see it through to it's conclusion.

I lost my husband in March and the thought of selling my house was so daunting. I had danced around with the idea a few weeks before. When I finally made the decision to go ahead and sell all the staff I had contact with were wonderful. I needed one person to guide me through and Nony was that person. She brought the, to be, buyer to my home herself even though she was going to lunch afterwards and just dealt with the whole thing "holding my hand" through the offer stage and making me feel not on my own! She has made me feel a very special person throughout the whole process and I can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you Nony.
