Both Tim and all the staff at Charters work to a high professional standard and are consistent, able communicators. During a lengthy sale and purchase process we were kept informed and updated regularly, sometimes on a daily basis. Tim's understanding of the house market is thorough and he was able to be reassuring and positive on occasions when the process was particularly difficult and depressing.

Nony our estate agent even replied to our initial enquiry via email, whilst on holiday ! That's commitment for you. We found all at Charters to be very knowledgeable, professional and kind. All the team couldn't have been more helpful. When we had a few hiccups with our chain, they did all they could to make the sale and purchase happen - with calm professionalism, which was just what we needed! Leanne was the lead contact in our selling relationship with Charters. The whole experience from start to finish was professional, urgent, informed and caring. I would recommend anyone selling their property on their patch to use them. Even when the inevitable bumps in the road occurred with buyers, their experience and skills got us all through smoothly and with diligence. We really felt that Charters and Leanne in particular understood great customer service, better than any organisation I have ever used. Whilst I am sure we could have shopped around for a cheaper fee, I feel we actually were net beneficiaries from their ability to negotiate hard on our behalf. Will use Charters again in the future and recommend others do too.
