Jo was a pleasure to deal with after a long and frustrating selling process. She grasped the issues with our sale quickly and helped us to reach exchange of contracts. She communicated really well throughout the process and worked hard to unblock some of the issues with other parties in chain. She was open and honest about things not in her control which we appreciated. Overall we would rate her highly.

Lucy has been absolutely fabulous in all my dealings with her over the sake of our property . It's so obvious she knows the estate agency business thoroughly and nothing is too much trouble. Throughout the protracted sale of our property, through no fault of Charters, Mike constantly updated us - always available to chase other estate agents/solicitors involved in the chain. Always in pursuit of resolving the issues involved in a complicated chain. Through out the process, the whole team were fully aware of our situation and able to answers queries, in Mike's absence. This is obviously a reflection of Mike being an excellent Branch Partner and ensure the staff worked as a team.

Throughout the sale of my house Sue has been extremely helpful and supportive. Whenever things got a bit tricky she was able to find out and explain what was happening and often put my mind at rest. Selling and buying a house never seems to be straightforward but a lot of the issues were resolved by Sue and the team at Charters making the process as painless as possible.

I have just sold my house in Headbourne Worthy, Winchester through Charters. I would like to say how fantastic Nony was - not only did she find a great buyer for me at a good price but when others in the chain caused problems and delays she was immediately on hand to sort things out. This was particularly true on completion day when her timely and persistent interventions on my behalf to get the money moving through to me at the top of the chain were invaluable and much appreciated! Good morning. My Wife and I are in the process of selling our current home. Recently our home was viewed on a Sunday morning. In the afternoon of the same day my Wife and I were in Winchester hoping Charters would be open. Thankfully they were. We were greeted by a lovely smiling young lady who introduced herself as Ellie. Ellie was very smart and couldn't have been more helpful with our enquiries. Ellie answered our questions in a professional and friendly manner. There was one question Ellie stated she would get back to us on. We left Charters extremely pleased that Ellie was able to answer our questions. After leaving the agent and a few moments later Ellie rushed out of the premises catching up with my Wife and I to provide us with outstanding enquiry. It is refreshing to know a young lady (Ellie) was so passionate about providing my Wife and I with an excellent service. Well done Ellie!. Thank you for an excellent service. We sold 2 flats this year with Charters and the service was excellent. All the staff but particualry Nony were extremely hard working, enthusiastic, and know there stuff. Nony was very pro-active and helped push our sales through with excellent communication with other estate agents and solicitors in our chain. Nony always returned our calls quickly and kept us informed of all updates while been very cheerful along the way! Would definetly recommend.
