This woman should be bottled and sent to all Estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble, she is kind, dynamic, always a comfort at the end of the phone, and a hug when you went into the office. The whole team at Charters were fantastic, unlike their colleague in london. She CARES about you and your family how refreshing is that!

I was looking to sell my house and contacted Charters more out of curiosity. I was impressed by the professionalism of the firm and instructed them on a Friday. Two days later Nony got out of bed very early to meet an eager client who was in a hurry. later that day the sale was agreed and it completed seven weeks later. Good thing i called Charters and thank you, Nony!

I came back to Tim to sell my house having aborted an earlier attempt due to the local school soliciting for developers to buy the green site by my house. There was no angst from him having put a lot of work into trying to sell it with no reward he first time and his team produced a stream of interested viewers resulting in a sale at the asking price.. This review has been delayed owing to BT failing to transfer my internet connection, getting ion line for the first time yesterday instead of 15 May. I highly recommend Tim and his team and he can use my name as a reference at any time. Alan Butler

Nony's service with us has been second to none, her commitment to making us feel valued as a customer goes a very long way. Nony kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and worked tirelessly (early mornings and late nights and even when she was off with texting / calls and emails. She took the time to get to know us, reassure us and made the whole process a lot of fun. I've never worked with an agent who operates at such a high standard, with complete dedication to her job. Overall I was very impressed with Tim and Charters EA. Refreshing to work with an estate agent who actually gave the impression they were working for their client rather than just trying to push another sale through and gain their fee. If we had any doubts about this we were soon put straight by the behaviour of our purchaser who managed to string us along for a year before finally exchanging contracts. We would have given up half way through had it not been for the helpful and personal touch and reassurance of the team at Charters.
