Thanks to Nony for her informs and fun weekly updates as well as her professional guidance. Meetings, phone calls and emails were all helpful and she persisted even when we were untimely in our responses due to breaks in looking. Lee has been assisting me with finding a new home and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him. He is proactive in his approach and really took the time to understand what I was looking for and presented appropriate properties. He also presented properties based on feedback from my viewings that perhaps I wouldn’t have previously considered but I trusted his judgement and the properties viewed were very much of interest. Tom has been up there as one of the best and most tenacious Estate Agents we have had the pleasure to work with. As a family we are very picky about choosing the right house, but Tom has always introduced the right properties and quickly adapted to our situational changes. When we first met Tom one evening at a property viewing he said Charters would sell our house, they did, also that they would find the right house for us and they did that as well. Of the dozen or so estate agents we have met during our search, Sam is undoubtedly up there with the best of them. From our first meeting, Sam took the time to really understand who we were and what we were looking for. He was always happy to have a chat and his communication was excellent, with regular check-ins to see how we were getting on and if there was anything he could do to help. He presented us with properties which we wouldn't have normally considered but our confidence in his understanding ensured we were always happy to have a look and were never disappointed. We are looking to move from central Scotland to the Romsey area. Because of our remoteness we need to rely heavily on the expertise of a number of agents. Tom as been by far the most professional, proactive and enthusiastic agent we have dealt with.
