From the first time we walked into Charters in Alton Mike has been the friendly, supportive, professional estate agent that everyone needs. He has been there managing the purchase of our new home from the builder and communicating with the agent selling our previous one. His skill at dealing with hiccups in the chain and there have been many, has been second to none. Without his resolute determination that all would be well and his continuing cheerfulness I am not sure we would not have survived the course! Although we have said we are never moving again, if we do it will be with the help of Mike and his team at Charters. Many thanks.

We approached Charters earlier this year to help us find a property in Hampshire. As we were new to the area, Nony was always on the phone inviting us to view various properties and I found her local knowledge incredibly helpful as we also needed to find schools, figure out the best commute and find a family-friendly community.. If you want to work with an estate agent that provides outstanding results, listens to your requirements, communicates effectively and is willing to take the time to find the appropriate property for you then the person you should be speaking to is Nony. It is important to take on board - you should not be surprised if you start to feel you are the only client in the world. Yours concerns are met with complete respect and Nony will communicate in such a way that you will feel that the information she is providing and the decisions required are without any pressure. Nony is not about the £££££ signs rather the relationships with her clients to deliver the best results possible - an opportunity for both parties. If you are added to her magical list - be thankful because you have just landed the best. Charters are an exceptional estates agents from top downward as very recently I happen to meet Elliot, a really nice gentleman and was very much interested in the client - found out later he was one of the owners.

Although in our sixties, we're just about to move into our first house, purchased last January. Because we are presently in tied accommodation, we couldn't move into the purchased property until I retired this month. Last November we decided to sign-up with various Estate Agents in Alton, but came away from each agency with nothing actually in our hands. Not so with Charters (Alton Branch)! We came away with four houses to consider, and a time was arranged to meet Jonny the next day. He couldn't have been more helpful, and was particularly so when it came to we novices putting in an offer. With his help, we managed to secure a property which "ticked the boxes". Thank you, Jonny, for all the time you spent with us, and for your wise advice.

We've just bought a Buy to Let property in Winchester through Nony at Charters. We had a limited budget and a big list of requirements. Within 5 - 10 minutes of first speaking with Nony on the phone, she had booked 5 property viewings for us, one after the other, for the forthcoming weekend. She also got the letting a team to contact us 5 minutes later to discuss our rental plans. Nony's extensive knowledge of and advice on the Winchester rental market was invaluable - and we ended up buying just the 7th house we viewed. We had absolute confidence in Nony finding what we wanted - and she took the stress out of the whole search and buying process with her efficiency and regular communications. Nony is super friendly and has a great sense of humour. If we had the money, we'd definitely buy another buy-to-let through her!!! Thank you Nony!

Simon was a true professional from the first meeting. Thorough and interested and taking time to understand our personal situation, talking us through the fine details of the process as this was our first mortgage. He managed to find us an excellent deal, even with complicated breakdown of existing funds and incomes. Once the mortgage was agreed in principle his assistant Marie gave us daily up dates with the progress and chased the broker to get things completed as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Simon Aston as a mortgage broker. He made the experience as personal and painless as it possibly could be and was friendly to work with.
