Out of all the Wonchester based estate agents, Tom has been the most efficient and responsive to my requests including arranging last minute rapid access to what i believed could have been our forever home even though i contacted him at very short notice and he was due to go onleave later that day. He goes above and beyond with customer service.

Kevin was friendly and very helpful. He explained all the products on the market, taking the time to talk through each in detail and to run various scenarios so we could work out what was the right mortgage and insurance package for us. We have had contact with various agents during our property search but Connor has been the best by a mile. He understands the business so well, he adapts no matter the criteria, situation or time frame and boy does he work hard for his clients. He will go to any length measurable to ensure he gets the result you’re hoping for. From a buyers perspective I would be overjoyed if I was ever to sell my home and had Connor representing for us - if you’re lucky enough to land him at Charters as your agent you should be overjoyed! His professionalism and commitment is awe inspiring. He has been an absolute dream to have on our team during the somewhat arduous search for our dream property. He gets what ‘the one’ means to you from the off, he won’t try and force what isn’t right and he will be so hot off the mark with what is and do everything possible to get your feet through that front door at the best possible time for you. On top of all this you get treated to his fiery enthusiasm, fantastically friendly calls and great humour. The hallmark of an excellent agent is one who understand every clients needs and is able to adapt instantly to them making each one feel like they are the number one priority - that and somehow make it happen, Connor does it with ease. Our bank was being next to useless so we approach Simon at very short notice who immediately set to work in finding us a lender which suited us. Due to the shortness of time available Simon was extremely flexible always available and never pushy but listening to what we needed. We will go straight back to Simon when we need to look at a new mortgage offer and would totally recommend Simon to anyone looking to move. This has been an quick and painless process given how stressful moving can be.

Marion has been fantastic! We recently found ourselves with an expired mortgage product close to completion and without Marion's help we would have been in a very awkward position indeed. From the outset Marion swiftly dealt with with the situation and got us our new mortgage offer in record time whilst keeping control of it at every step so we were never left guessing. Marie in the office was wonderful and as a team they went over and above to help us, giving us confidence and security at a turbulent time for which we can't thank them enough. Marion has brilliantly advised us on finances and set up everything required for our new house making us feel secure and ready for our new adventure.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have worked with Leanne throughout the purchase of our property. Sam tries to get int to the mindset and requirements of the prospective purchaser and to really understand what they are looking for. He is excellent at building a rapport with the prospective purchaser and asks the right questions to really get into the nuts and bots of their requirements and cuts through the chat to their issues and assessments of properties. He gives the prospective purchaser time to really look at a property without talking too much. He is punctual which is particularly good when one has other houses to see. He is informative and honest about Alresford and he knows his way around the town's organisations. He is polite and patent. And I am sure he is going to find the right house for me very soon!

However, there are only 5 here! It's taking us a long time to find the right house but Nony never tires of us or gives up! She is exceptional, dedicated beyond belief (we get emails at midnight sometimes), professional, tenacious, very funny, efficient, enthusiastic....the list goes on! We've never come across anyone quite like Nony!!!!

We were very grateful to Sam as he was able to fit around our busy work schedules, even meeting us at 7.30 am on a saturday ( not in his pijamas mind). He allowed us the opportunity to view properties without the sales talk which gave us the chance to really see the true picture and we appreciated his knowledge about the local area.
