View AgentsWhile I have not in the end either bought or sold a house through Nonie, I have been receiving her weekly newsletter for at least a year, and had email contact with her. She is friendly, approachable, fun and good at summarising the pros and cons of a property. I will miss those newsletters now that I am moving out of the area.

Simon worked tirelessly to find and secure the right mortgage at a good rate to help us get our daughter on the housing ladder in complex circumstances. He was easily accessible and gave generously of his time to understand our situation and wishes and translate those into a clear way forward. He worked behind the scenes to sound out possible lenders and, together with his colleague, Marie, kept in close touch with us throughout the process. He was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable and very prompt in all his actions and communications. It has been a pleasure working with him as he made this complex and potentially arduous process as straightforward as possible. Having not purchased a property for many years, Kevin lead me through the changing face of the process with care and attention. He was able to find me a mortgage lender for my re-mortgage and buy to let mortgage in a way that I could never have managed alone. Knowing that trying to get the right mortgage is a minefield, we approached this situation with a little apprehension but have to say that Simon took all the anxiety away, giving us balanced views on what might work for us and really getting to understand our needs. Given a complicated brief Simon has delivered brilliantly. Moving back from France after 12 years, with no UK credit history and with one of us self-employed Simon got us a great mortgage deal plus house, contents and life insurance. What's really worthy of note, however, is the way it's all been done - always without fuss, always calmly and professionally. We've had absolute confidence in Simon pretty much from the first contact.

We were originally dealing with Leanne who was great and when we learnt she had left we were a little dubious of what the service may become.... We didn't need to have worried, Jo took over, picked up the details in an instant and was friendly, informative and got all queries and concerns answered promptly and fully. In fact, I have joked to both estate agents (Charters who we are buying from and another who we are selling through), that we have in fact done the work of the solicitors chasing things through quicker than they have.... Cannot fault anything, great service - going above and beyond what we expected. Thanks Jo - will miss the daily phone calls! :-)

We have not been looking for long to move to Winchester or Romsey, & registered with most agents in both places. Nony's emails keeping us up to date on properties coming onto the market top any coming from the other agents. Nony personalises them producing more than just a list of properties but the email becomes more like a newsletter. I feel I know her! However, these anecdotes do not distract from the important & critical points of new properties about to hit the market. She is so on the ball with timely emails. Nony could really teach some of her competitor agents!

I have been looking for a house in Winchester for a while now, and in the last 2 months, I have been under huge pressure to find somewhere quickly. Nony has been incredibly helpful, and seems to be totally aware of my needs, and the type of property that would fit in with our family life. I'm not sure I even met Kevin throughout my dealings with him, but I nevertheless found him to be exceptionally reliable, friendly and - most importantly - trustworthy, Having already offered one mortgage and done the leg work on it, he followed it up a few weeks later with a newer and better offer that is likely to save us money. That shows a genuine interest in doing the best by the client, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
