What a team and what great service! The team at Charters have acted for me in both selling and letting properties and both experiences have been outstanding! When marketing a property for sale they manged to secure a buyer at full asking price ( At a price I thought to be a little ambitious!) within 24 hours of being instructed. A refreshing experience to have an agent being pro active! On the lettings side they recently took over a property from another agent, not only did they find a new tenant that moved in within three days of the old tenant vacating they also manged to secure 10% more rent than I was previously getting. Fantastic best describes my experience of Charters.
