GoogleWe were moving to Cornwall from Buckinghamshire. This meant that we were very dependent on Bradleys expertise and drive to help in the sale of the property to us. Bradleys liaised between all parties concerned and our respective solicitors on a frequent basis often making several calls every day. They expedited the sale of the house from offer to completion within seven weeks. At no time did we need to prompt Bradleys. They were highly professional, approachable and friendly at all times. They broke the myth that estate agents are cowboys. They have since contacted us after completion to make sure that all is well. We appreciated this greatly and we highly recommend them to anyone who would want to use their services. They made what could have been a highly stressful process as smooth as possible.

GoogleBradleys did a great job selling my house during a tough market. Communication was always very good, with prompt feedback after every viewing. Amanda even helped me to resolve a dispute with the utilities company months after the sale had completed- above and beyond the call of duty for sure! Definitely recommend.

GoogleMy parents used this company in the past for a sale, feedback from them, "Made our life a misery" because of a chasing department !! under valued the property,they had to complain about the harassment they were getting, they had to be told to deal with the solicitor directly, even he had heard the same feedback about Bradleys

GoogleUnfortunately they will not let you view any of their rental properties if you are in receipt of any benefits. Even if you work full time but still receive universal credit. Majority of single parents receive a top up to their income by some form of benefit and this blanket rule of "our landlords do not accept tenants in receipt of benefits" is just discrimination which you are supporting Thank you for your reply below. However I will not be contacting you further - I already spoke direct with your office with my initial enquiry and was told I would not be allowed to view the rental property I was interested in due to being in receipt of universal credit, despite working full time. I then asked if there were any other properties I could view and was informed you do not have any landlords or properties which accept tenants in receipt of benefits and therefore I was refused to be allowed to view any of your advertised properties. This is clearly discrimination.
