GoogleFrom initial enquiry, through viewing properties and finally to purchase, the team at the Newton Abbot branch of Bradley’s haven been first class. They listened, suggested only relevant properties and offered intelligent observations. Their customer service was excellent throughout and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending them as an estate agent of choice.

From the first initial viewing, to putting in an offer, and wanting additional viewings for measuring up etc the team were more than happy to accommodate. GoogleStood outside a property waiting for a agent to come for 15minutes only to be told the appointment has been cancelled.Was told email,text,and phone call was sent but no record of any,then to be told there was a another person with the same name probably sent the the cancelled appointment,Shocking service will not be using bradleys newton abbot again.Kept on saying they sent it.

GoogleI recently placed our property with Bradley's having seen a number of Agents. It is always a challenge when deciding who to go with, but without doubt this was an excellent choice. The decision was not about the highest number, but finding someone who is totally enthused about your property. That person was Heleny who could not only could see all the benefits about the location and the property benefits, but could also visualise the ongoing potential. In a matter of days she had potential buyers and in a very short period we now have an offer. I cannot fault this service and thanks to Heleny and the whole team at the Plymstock branch. K Nicholl
