GoogleI recently used Yellow Self Storage in Beckenham, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was absolutely top-notch. Andy and Karen were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process and making sure I understood everything clearly. They also went out of their way to offer me the best deal available. GoogleBeen using this storage for years. Easy access and always a parking spot available. Entry is easy and I believe it's all temperature controlled. We store all kinds of personal effects there, including gear that has to remain dry/humid-free.
5/5
GoogleA very friendly and professional approach. Felt welcomed as soon as I entered and well informed in all the procedures in regards to storing my goods. An additional a big thank you to Kara and Sammy for all their support.

GoogleYou need to be careful because their sales policy is disingenuous. Their quotes don’t include mandatory insurance charges. When the mandatory insurance charges are included they are not particularly good value. This is policy and not the fault of the sales representatives but you definitely need to be aware of it :)
