GoogleFantastic customer service from the team at Big Yellow Storage. They have answered any queries we have had promptly and made the whole process easy and trouble free. Liz and Sian have gone above and beyond to make sure we have settled well into our new office and have everything we need. It's always lovely to see their smiling faces and I couldn't praise the team enough!!

GoogleThis is without doubt the the best storage facility I have ever encountered. It's not just the size of the units and the competitive prices but the gem lays in the excellent customer service I receive from the staff. You just get that reassurance that everything is running smoothly and will continue to do so come rain or shine. Keep up the excellent work guys!

GoogleFrom the initial phone call with Michelle the whole process has been a breeze, the price is competitive, the building is clean and dry, all the staff are friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The provided trolleys, wide corridors and big lifts make moving stock around an easy task. We use the parcel receiving service and it has transformed my life....no more waiting around at home all day for deliveries! Using Big Yellow for my business has helped us to grow at a faster rate. Its flexibility is perfect if you are a start up company. Get a space booked today, best thing you will ever do!

GoogleI have been using Big Yellow Storage for the last 3 years and I have always been very happy with the service they provide. Michelle, Dan and Jenny are always very friendly, helpful and professional. They are always willing to help and available if needed. I often feel safe and secure, especially during the out of hours. There is easy access into the building, and it is well lit throughout. There is a great team at Poole Big Yellow, and they always provide an excellent service.

GoogleReally clean & secure but very expensive. They quote excluding insurance but insist on insurance so you have to pay the advertised fee plus that. I found storage insurance somewhere else for less than they offered. Also pad locks much cheaper anywhere else. You can also find cheaper places where you have less access, big yellow are open really just business hours so realistically you just have access at weekends anyway. They're not good at answering the phone & I've had to go back a few times because they didn't do paperwork properly. Your stuff is secure but it costs a lot, certainly more than they advertise.

GoogleIt's a self storage place. Don't need to say much more than that. It's expensive, but all of 'em in London are!

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. I can't express this enough! I've used big yellow branches and had no issues however I had a unit for 6 months in Bow. The entire place is like a rubbish dump, completely run down, so disorganised and unprofessional staff. As i emptied my unit I experienced this extreme smell of urine/ammonia, to my horror I lifted a bag and there was evidently a rat or mice infestation! Faeces everywhere. Worst damage is my £3000 white sofa completely ruined. Chewed bags. Chewed boxes. Most items drenched in urine! Droppings everywhere! Absolutely vile. Staff at this branch were SO RUDE and argumentative. Serious customer service improvement required. Complained directly to head office who were really lovely. Awaiting outcome.

GoogleBeen with Big Yellow for a while and it is a safe place to store stuff. It is quite pricey but you can rest assured that your belongings are safe. Unfortunately the Bow branch has some really rude staff who have clearly not been trained in how to speak to customers. Had a very bad experience just before Christmas. If I wasn't so desperate for local storage I would've gone elsewhere.
