GoogleWouldn't use too expensive. Shurgard is better

GoogleGood for storage, bad for nightlife!
1/5
GoogleDon't trust the discounts they talk about on the website. Price match is a lie and it's more expensive than they state. DO NOT USE!

GoogleReally pleased with the service Mo and Ayub provide me during my storage period. I felt totally safe in leaving my worldly possessions at the Big Yellow Self Storage.
4/5
GoogleI love big yellow things and warehouses. During my spare time I also love to sort my possessions in to boxes. So imagine the excitement me and my wife had when we found this place. Smashing!
5/5
GoogleTotally seamless check in procedure + super friendly & efficient check in team. Thanks to Ayub for making it all so easy. Very happy so far.

GoogleHad a bad experience with this yellow storage, there's a lot of hidden costs which are you not made aware of at the beginning and although the manager offered a discount due to some "misunderstandings" when customer service gave wrong information regarding moving to a smaller unit and the implied costs, he never confirmed via email and was not reachable afterwards on the telephone so didn't get any discount.. would not recommend
3/5
GoogleWhat can one say, it's a storage facility lol I feel safe and trust my belongings to be secured. However, prices quoted and actual amount paid have a large desparity, therefore felt I was being ripped off, especially as you are there at a time when you don't have time to swop and change. Advice is to ensure you know how much the total is prior to booking, don't rely on emailed quote that doesn't list the little extras lol
5/5
GoogleIt's a very friendly place and reasonable price. I just wanted to say a big thanks to Mr. Ibrahim Kha Who helped me with my storage, he's a very friendly person and one of the best customer service I had! G107

GoogleI was helping out a charity, that uses the facility for storage of water for distribution during Ramadan. The place was spotless and although I don't use or currently need storage I know that I would not hesitate to use this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful in providing forklift truck services to help get the job done. Professional to the end!

GoogleI recommend you don't give them your actual email or phone unless you actually are about to book. I entered my actual details to get a quote and have been bombarded by emails ever since. There isn't even an unsubscribe link in their emails. Also, be aware of hidden charges and demanding requirements.
