The place is as promised, however the price doesn't reflect the one on the website. There are extra charges (20% ca) that the quote doesn't show.

Very helpful staffs. Unlike Shurgard self storage. I did not have to pay for any 15days notice period before I get my refund of that month. The same day I went to collect my items. I had my remaining money refunded back to my account. It was showing in my account the next day even as they saud it may take 3 to 5 working days.

Came in to get prices. After a lot of farting around was given a cost but that was 1 hour that I was never going to get back again. Blow me down with a feather. I came back in to activate my storage room with my van fully loaded on a time constraint with another appointment to get to. 2 hours later and after so much faffing around I got my bits into the store. Long winded hand over, incompetent staff, poor record keeping and wishy washy price matrix. Unimpressed and I'm not keen to recommend. Otherwise nice storage areas.

Excellent friendly and helpful service. Gemma, our assistant, worked through the necessary forms with us, talked through the security procedures and made us a cup of tea! Would highly recommend.

We received excellent service from both Michelle and Gemma at the Nuffield Branch. Both of the ladies were very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had all the relevant information to make the best decision regarding what would be the most suitable size unit for our needs. It was also reassuring to witness how seriously they take the security of their customers property and ensuring the possibility of unauthorised access to the building is minimised. Great service, excellent price.

Very impressed, staff efficient and friendly. Facilities first class . Would have been a five star review apart from the insurance..... went through the registration process, to be handed the final bill for the first 24 weeks, which I wanted to pay in advance. Bill for 24 Weeks came in over a £120 more than I had been quoted, asked for a breakdown, the additional £120 was for insurance for the first 24 weeks ! I would probably have let it ride if that had been for a years cover. £240 ish for £4000 worth of cover for a year is more than my home contents insurance ! Went on line found the same value £4000 worth of cover through GM insurance brokers, for £71.38 for a year !!! I appreciate business needs to make money but that's a blatant RIP off . Long and short, use Big Yellow … get your own insurance cover.

Claire and the team were incredibly helpful and friendly (although leaving me unattended with the biscuit tin was a risky move!) This is the second time I've used Big Yellow in Poole and the team consistantly provide excellent service and really give you the sense they would do anything to help. Thanks again

Fast and easy process. Maria and her collegue we're extremely friendly and very helpful. I got given a nice cup of tea whilst they sorted out my paperwork. Definitely a great experience.

Wonderful assistance given; I’d had a very long day and arrived on my own with my 2yr old boy.... very tired and emotional.... I think the ladies name was Jemma that helped me and she could not have done enough to ensure I was catered for and looked after. Great service and would definitely use again. All the containers are clean and spacious and great security
