GoogleGood customer service.secure clean facility.After initial discounted opening offer ends it becomes expensive but they will try to match any better offer's.

GoogleDreadfull price, found storage same size half the price, honestly discourage from renting anything from these lot, gave me quote of £380.59 for 4 months, which is completely insane as i found another place which for the same time period offered it for £164 with free collection and discounted delivery for students. Avoid!

GoogleWarning: was offered a unit for two months for 108 GBP a day earlier, but in store the price was increased to around 300 GBP. These guys knew I had a flight to catch in the evening; which I assume was the reason for such an aggressive increase in pricing. If you are a student, please check your college first or go to another storage facility. I went to Storage King and got a unit for 68 GBP.

GoogleKept all of our worldly belonging here when we were between houses and everything was safe for the two months it was there. Process is easy and people are always on hand when you need them.

GoogleWe arrived at 1720 to check in, Josh was on the desk and very much under pressure to finish by 6pm and get 2 others in front of us checkin, however he was professional and courteous and got us all checkin and showed us to our unit. After a very stressful day he looked after us brilliantly. 5 stars Josh.

GoogleThe customer service here is remarkably smooth, competent, efficient, and responsive. I had no idea that customer service could be a differentiator for self storage, but the team at BY Cambridge makes it happen. From moving units to requesting after hours access, everything is pleasant, clearly explained, and fast.

GoogleGreat experience checking in with Gemma who was very nice and helpful getting us sorted. Very impressed with how organized the whole setup is. Facilities are clean and well designed, including with trolleys for use, they also provide anything you need to purchase e.g. padlocks etc Highly recommended!
