GoogleThis storage in Wapping gave me peace of mind during the 2020 lockdown, when I had to declutter my place to make space for a proper home office. The space is modern, very clean, and it feels very safe. It's located in a very convenient place if you are driving a van there. Warning: because of covid restriction, patrons are not allowed to use the toilet facilities.

GoogleTerrible experience, didn't even get to use the storage. The website gives you a price plus 50% disscount and when the time to pay comes you will pay the full price and more since they have hidden fees which are not visible in the website. I got an offer £80 for 8weeks and when paying the price was £170. Disgusting.

GoogleEasy, simple and speedy set-up. The staff are super friendly and helpful, they walk you to your storage room and explain the process of accessing it on your own, in some case they even help carry our stuff. Would highly recommend.

Googleso far not great, not great at all. I might change my review later, or I might take further legal action. Muhammad Amodu emailed me flat saying: "Once we have received your signed licence agreement beforehand, we can proceed with providing you with access afterhours on Wednesday" Which basically means, they forgot to ask for a signature, and now they will not grant me access. I have 3 hour connection and I cannot make it their 9-6. Either way, I am taking this up to their top management

GoogleWent to collect some boxes. I didnt have my mask, i should have known better as i work in a GP. But the staff member was very polite and explained the circumstances, bought the boxes out for me. Very quick and friendly service.

GoogleHad an absolutely fantastic and seamless experience with Jason at the Wapping office. Helped me with boxes, getting click and collect discount and making sure I got the room that suited me. He went above and beyond as was really great at creating the perfect customer experience at which was a pretty stressful time for myself. Thank again!
