GoogleBig Yellow needs to be more transparent about what they charge. They advertise low prices but then hit you with a high so called insurance cost. They'll also make you buy their own padlock as your own is never secure enough. Won't be using them again.

GoogleBig Yellow in Bromley were able to price match a cheaper storage else where. Mask were worn by the staff and screens in front too. They had put a lot of effort to ensure social distancing. Registration was easy and they walked through how to check in/out. It was a painless process.

GoogleVery friendly, dutiful, and understanding. Reason I keep using Big Yellow Self Storage every time I have the need. Hannah Moon knows and understands what she has to do. Equally importantly, she has been very helpful, and respectful.

GoogleI visited this store a few months ago and arrived to what I can only describe as chaos. There was a swarm of police vehicles and the saleswoman refused to quote me because of GDPR whilst others were in the office... It looked like a raid out of the movies. Be safe and avoid.

We take all feedback very seriously. However we have no record or recollection of these events described ever taking place.

GoogleI had my furniture im storage for around 7 months. The service provided by the staff was great. Very friendly and always there to help. Clean facilities qnd very secure. I would definitely recommend Big Yellow Bromley to all of my friends as i honestly couldn't fault them.

GoogleReally great service. Hannah and Devlin at Bromley were excellent; so helpful quoting prices and explaining insurance etc. And I was particularly grateful to Hannah for processing our contract and taking payment over the phone, which was incredibly helpful at this difficult time to get around safely.
