GoogleNice, modern, clean, tidy, very secure storage. I couldn't be happier. Right from the reservation through to move-in, the whole process was just spotless, easy and absolutely pleasant, which is wholly thanks to Joe. What an utter professional in all the aspects he is, as well as just a kind man. Thanks, Joe.

GoogleMaz walked me through the entire process and it's never been explained in a more simple manner. The whole experience felt a lot easier with the walkthrough. I went back at later time after the paper work and it was a breeze.

GoogleAmazing as usual. Been using them for 4 years at different locations, mainly Enfield and Wapping. The service is impeccable and for some reason I am always happy walking in there. Into a storage facility! Where would you get that? Highly recommended.

GoogleHad a great time. Moving into storage can be stressful for some of us, but thankfully Joseph dealt with all my concerns, and maintained a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. The customer service I had received gives me faith/trust in my goods being left in the right hands. Leave your stuff here guys!!

GoogleWhere do I start.... I am relocating from Geneva, Switzerland back to the UK permanently. I wasted an entire 3 months calling some of the Big guns, like Vanguard and others. Simply impossible to pre-reserve, in advance (5 months) a 50sq ft room. Endless calls and emails for two long months. Within 24 hrs, literally, a customer support advisor, Antoni simply was on the case. Helpful, efficient, understanding, explains patiently every step of the process, and accommodates to your situation. The follow up phone calls are as promised, and confirmation emails as well. Excellent coordination with the branch office in Ealing. It really is a 10/10 all round service and deserves more than five stars. When moving, it is stressful enough and from another country even more so. THANK YOU.
