GoogleGreat service and helpful staff, Lauren and Maddie were amazing at getting us in swiftly. Thank you so much ladies!!

GoogleFine. Just really expensive. And they try to rip you off on insurance but will match 3rd party insurance quotes so just take along another quote from an online insurer.

Googlejust checked in - Charlie and Matt were awesome. Top guys but the muzak in the office was a bit meh. wish the soundtrack was as “Brighton” as the guys.

GooglePaul was very welcoming, professional, and took great care and attention in explaining the contract and the use of the Unit, as I had not booked with Big Yellow before. I was very impressed with how well everything was organised and the high level of security that all storage is kept under, that I will definitely use them again

GoogleAs a removals company, we visit a variety of Big Yellow storage facilities. We are always happy with the customer service managed by Lauren (at the coombe road branch), and the cleanliness of the units, thanks to the very friendly cleaner, Jason (who caters for both Brighton facilities).
5/5
Googleexcellent service and staff, lauren was really warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and went out of her way to give us a brilliant service. very competitive prices and the facilities are the best I saw for storage, checked out the competition and big yellow came out top.

GoogleGreat service. Incredibly lovely staff who are always super cheerful both in person and over the phone. Staff always went out of their way to be helpful even when request wasn’t part of their job or a service that they offer. Great 2 years of storage at this place. Thanks especially to Charlie!

GoogleFantastic dry, clean storage with the added bonus of deliveries collections been dropped and picked up at reception. Small business flexibility. Some units have power and the internet is great. You can upsize/downsize each week if you need to.

GoogleCan't imagine storage places get much better than this. Lauren found me a great deal - in fact all the staff were really helpful and nice - I even got a cup of tea!! Highly recommended.

GoogleHad to store my things at short notice due to unexpected circumstances. I couldn't have found a better place. Lauren was absolutely amazing. I've never stored anything before and wasn't even sure how much space I needed. She quickly looked at what I had and gave me the correct size of unit. She walked me through the whole process and was there to answer all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She made me (and my son) feel welcome and was very compassionate about my situation. A truly awful day and Lauren was the smile I needed to see, the friendly face and the one who made me laugh after days of tears. To get such service anywhere these days, let alone at a storage centre, is rare. That lady is a gem. People say you never know what impact a smile can have on another person, well it had a big impact on me, thank you so much.

Googlemy experience at Big Yellow was lovely! I'd never done anything like this before so it could have been quite difficult to navigate, but was made incredibly simple by the lovely Charlie. he walked us through the way everything works in an understandable manner, and was just a very personable member of staff. it was quiet, so there was no rush anywhere and my partner and I left feeling very contented with our service :)
5/5
GoogleGreat service! Charlie and Maddie where exceptional in explaining all I had to know. As a first time customer, I was really surprised when, few days before the move, Charlie called me asking if I had any questions about the practicality of moving in. Maddie is a new member of the team but if I hadn't got told I wouldn't have said so for her great skills. The building feels super safe and clean. Great customer service, highly recommend if you need to store your goods short or long term. Vince
