GoogleReally helpful employee (Cant remember name but initials T Scott? I think) Storage unit has everything I need, reception provides all products you could need, facilities are great and its cheap too :-)

GoogleBig storage place with good prices. Multiple sizes for storage to choose, staff walked us through the options well. You get a discount for the first 4 weeks. They have trolleys and elevators so movong your stuff once you're there is very easy.

GoogleI moved most of the contents of our London flat into Big Yellow storage in Edinburgh. Everything was organised remotely by Emma and Gillian in advance of the move. I found both very understanding and helpful. We were given after hours access as we were not arriving until after the facility had closed on a Sunday. The instructions were very clear and I could not have been happier.

GoogleOur first experience of using self-storage. We are moving house, and the new build is not ready. Such is life. Emma guided us carefully through the procedure in a very professional manner, told us of the options and helped us register. She showed us the room to be sure that it was big enough and how to check in and out.. All in all, a relatively painless experience! Glad we chose Big Yellow!

GoogleGreat service, clean and safe for long-term storage (over 7 years). Gill and Tracey were very friendly and accommodating with enquiries and requests on moving out.

GoogleJill and the staff here are fantastic! At every step, they kept what was most in my interest at the top of every conversation. When my mover's delivery was delayed several times, they were glad to move my move-in date to a later date so I wouldn't pay for an empty storage room. Highly recommended!

GoogleThere are two floors, hundreds of units of differing sizes and it's always worth speaking to the guys to discuss terms when you need extra space. It does amuse me to read the signs declaring you cannot store guns, drugs etc as the Police have authority to search units.

GoogleExcellent place where to start a business and in general for any extra space you need for storage. Lee the manager is a very professional person always willing to help.
