GoogleThe dimension of storages from the web site are not real. So be careful when estimate the item for storage. If you allow another person to have access to the storage and to the account it will anyway not allow to use this person’s content insurance ( in case he have and you don’t) and you will be forced to buy insurance and pay extra to Big Yellow.

GoogleI've just spoken with a lovely lady. But one thing that I do not understand is, why do i need a payment of couple of thousands to keep my suitcases there? You should indicate that when giving a quote -online- ...

GoogleUsed the Camberwell (for 6 weeks) and Bow (for 2 months) Big Yellows while I was away travelling - both great, excellent service, all went smoothly, suuuper friendly positive staff! Would always use again. Only criticism is that the opening times should be longer in the evenings. You can’t go before 530pm if you work until 6 or 7pm.

GoogleSterling service provided by Mike. Chris was particularly helpful. They have an exemplary can-do attitude that is higher than the norm in the service industry.
