GoogleAs a woman on my own, this was my 1st experience with a storage company. I was anxious and very apprehensive. Paula & Daniel were exceptional. I was offered an absolutely phenomenal service. I felt safe, reassured and well informed. Brilliant company. Highly recommended.

GoogleTerrible. They quoted me a low price and as soon as I move in and my half price offer ends they increase my weekly charge . What a bad company. Do not trust.

GoogleI have to agree with other reviewers the managers at enfield branch do catch people out. When my wife first called they gave us a price for every week which was reasonable. So we signed up and moved our things into the locker. After our half price introductionary offer ended after 8 weeks and we started paying our quoted full weekly price, we get another email from the manager telling us our weekly fee was increasing by another significant amount. This was after the introductory offer ended. Now we cannot afford to keep our locker and we are looking at other options. Is this a scam?

GoogleThey may not be the cheapest. I personally used it for 2 months during my relocation. I don’t store much stuff and service counter helped to find the cheapest option for my needs, which is a big locker. The overall from facility to process is very designed. They would refund if any overpaid direct debit due to payment cycle and your actual rental end date requested. Good.

GoogleThe worth place to store your stuff first is expensive The personnel are not helpful only on the day you take the locker. One toilet for I do not know for how many lockers but certainly not enough and also the worth radio talking program at all the time in the corridor dam is annoying when you have to found a book out of hundreds .Also no lights in the locker and you will be told off if you leave the door to get the corridor light .....also I should mention the opening time is absolutely unpractical And no bins available for rubbish and menaces of fine see pictures how that for rubbish
