GoogleWould 100% recommend, lisa and sam were lovely and very helpful we came in 2 weeks ago and they’ve already sorted us out a beautiful 2 bed flat , they’ve answered all our questions and inquiries if there’s anywhere you need to go for properties this is the place already suggesting to any friends wanting to move

GoogleAwful "property managers" - do not use I rented a flat managed by Beresford Adams. The flat had multiple issues, e.g. doors not fitting correctly (so I was unable to use one of the rooms for a month) and mould covering the bathroom (needed cleaning with bleach every other week). This is a serious environmental hazard. When I called property management to address this, the only response was that they would call the landlord to see what he said. When the landlord refused to contribute toward repairs, they said there was nothing they could do. They did not manage the property - they were just a layer of beaurocracy to stop me contacting the landlord directly. When I first rented the flat there was a faulty lock, causing me to get locked out on Christmas day, and had to spend £240 to remove the faulty lock. The landlord refused to reimburse me and demanded a "full locksmith report", which is not something that exists. The landlord also wanted to deduce my deposit, falsely claiming I had not paid enough rent, and demanded a blue tack removal fee (to remove some blue tack from Christmas decorations). While this is obviously rediculous, Beresford Adams never informed the landlord that his demands were unreasonable. Every call ended with "I'll see what the landlord says". When I wanted to leave the contract, Beresford Adams said I could not end the contract and incorrectly informed me that I needed permission from my roommate?! I had to send Beresford Adams the relevant sections of the Renting Homes Wales Act 2016. Every one of their emails also has a long disclaimer which is summarised as "it is illegal for you to share any of your emails with us", based on generic GDPR legislation. This may dissuade people from getting legal advice about housing. I have moved out about 2 months ago and have only now received my deposit. I my opinion, the only positive about Beresford Adams is that renting from them will give you many opportunities to learn about housing law.

GoogleHolly and Lauren from the Wrexham office have been amazing. In our search for a house in the area, they have been proactive in sending information about properties on and about to come on their books, taking a detailed note of what we are looking forward. They return calls promptly, provide detailed information about the houses they are selling, forward links to properties matching our wish list and are making this search so much easier. This might sound really basic Estate Agent-ing, but has not been our experience with many high street agents. If you are on with them, they are working tirelessly to get your property before buyers. Well done both and to whoever manages you/wider company ethos. This is clearly standard good practice and not just certain personnel.

GoogleAbsolute godsend, me and my mum went in to the estate agent, thinking of moving to Wales from Manchester, Julie went far and beyond to help us with what we are looking for, she welcomed us, friendly and polite all the way. Always a quick response if we had emailed the office, always communicated with us, via text email and phone call. Shona was also friendly and polite, both Julie and Shona made conversation. GoogleI’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Beresford Adams and would strongly advise others to steer clear. Despite numerous emails, they have consistently failed to respond, and every promise of a call back has been completely ignored. It's now been over three months since I moved out, and they are still withholding my housing deposit without any clear explanation or resolution. Their communication is nonexistent, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid this agency if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
