GoogleA great team at this branch. We have purchased 3 houses with Lesley in the last 12 months. We described what type of property we were looking for and she proactively contacted us when a house matching our requirements came on the market. She then chased the sale through to completion keeping on top of all the parties involved to make sure it was a timely and efficient process. Would highly recommend.

GoogleThank you to all the team at Porthmadog especially Julie whom was present on the first viewing, negotiating when making an offer, through to handing me the keys to my dream cottage… and all inbetween. Julie went above and beyond accompanying and enabling entry at short notice for tradesman to quote for work bought up on survey, answering queries. She was professional, patient and compassionate when I called in tears, when it all got too much. She also communicated with both solicitors keeping both myself and seller up to date with the sale. GoogleI am picking the keys up to my new rental property in a couple of weeks' time and I cannot thank Beresford Adams enough for all their help in finding me a property during these difficult times. They phoned me every time something came up, arranged viewings for me and kept me updated throughout. In particular I would like to thank Lisa Hayne who is the letting agent for my new property. She has gone out of her way for me and really cares about finding a property for you. Thanks also to Sam Galvin who contacted me with potential properties and sent me their details and photos. I have used them previously to buy and sell properties (thank you Kayliegh Jones!) and they are without doubt the most professional and proactive estate agents in the area. They are the only estate agents I will use. Thank you so much!

GoogleMargaret Chilton-Jones We, my late husband and I, bought our house in Rhos on Sea in 2009 and had excellent Service then from Beresford Adams.. When my late husband died in 2016 I continued to live there happily until my body was disintegrating after nursing him I had to move into Sheltered Care Home in 2023. I'm telling you this as very relevant to the wonderful and exceptional care, help and concern given to me by Zoe and Carys throughout the whole selling period, as I needed extra help as not able to be there for long periods in an empty house with only my walker chair and unable to take readings, stretch up or lift or sit alone for hours alone. They're incredible help was life-saving as none of my large family live anyway near. Thank you with all my heart to Zoe & Carys. You have been exceptional.
