GoogleI would highly recommend Beresford Adams’s Prestatyn, having been a colleague for a number of years and also starting off as a tenant in a managed property of there’s there was nothing that seemed to of ever of been a problem. If you wanted to be with an agent who is up to date with all the latest legal legislations and top quality of work then Beresford’s Adams should be your first option.

GoogleI can't fault the Beresford Adams team in prestatyn, from when I first met Sam the process of renting out my house was made easy. From offering advice and discussing the whole process to actually finding tenants and setting all that up. I highly recommend the team.
