GoogleSince we are now based in the South East, Beresford Adams worked with us to make sure we could get all testing and certificates completed without us having to do any more than organise the various engineers to collect and drop the keys off at the office. They were also very helpful and quick to find us a new buyer when our initial one dropped out at the very last minute.

GoogleMy partner and myself had found ourselves in a nightmare position with an incredibly mouldy and damp flat witch made us ill and loosing a lot of money through ruined possessions and sickness. Beresford Adam’s have been an amazing help throughout. Especially Alex, Hannah, and Ellie. With their help we have found our dream place and could not be where we are now without the professionalism and help from these three! A complete credit to Beresford Adam’s thank you all so much!

GoogleWe first contacted the Bangor office of Beresford Adams by phone and the Agent, Alex, was so polite and professional. This continued throughout the whole process, with Alex following us closely all the way. He was very knowledgeable and demonstrated his competence several times over, making suggestions on points we had not taken into consideration giving advice when needed, and was a valuable asset to the negotiations. We were very impressed by the whole staff in general, who were always available and helpful. We could not be happier for our choice of Estate Agent, and will make Beresford Adams our first point of contact for any future requirements. Thank you Beresford Adams for your excellent service.

GoogleGreat experience using Beresford Adams, Mandy and the team were so helpful from the very start all the way through the selling process. Any questions were quickly and professionally answered but with a personal touch. They wasted no time in getting many viewings for my property which I ended up getting the full asking price for. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Bangor area to use Beresford Adams and would have no quibble about using them again in the future.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience with Beresford Adams when buying our new house. I think we dealt with nearly everyone in the office at some point, all of which were super professional and helpful. It was quite a long and complex purchase but the team helped us every step of the way and really made us feel like they cared. A particular shout out to Laura who I think I called multiple times a day towards the end, but she was always incredibly patient and happy to take my calls. Would definitely recommend :)

GoogleWhat a lovely experience for first home buyers ! (Ignore the reviewer below about Benjamin road as this is the house we had already started paperwork for and they tried to snake us ! ) we originally looked at other houses with another estate agents who didn't take us seriously. We had megan who helped us with everything from viewings to completion and everything in between , any questions we had she was so happy to help us ! She even chased up solicitors for updates as we hadn't heard anything. We used aimee the inhouse mortgage advisor again who was an absolute pleasure. The whole team have been so friendly and comforting in helping us buy our first house and everything we need to do to complete and even after we had keys they've been a call away for anything we needed. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to purchase in wrexham !!!

GoogleI thought buying a home was suppose to be exciting but it's far from that with Beresford Adams. I called up to arrange a viewing and they were more bothered about setting a up an appointment with the mortgage advisor first before arranging a viewing of the property. Apparently with Beresford Adams you need to see their mortgage advisor before submitting an offer. Apparently this is your procedure. I declined and sent over my DIP and proof of deposit instead. 24 hours later, missed call hoping it was information regarding my offer so I called back and it was the mortgage advisor trying to get hold of me. I work with estate agents on a daily basis and aware that the staff need to optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments with the branch Mortgage Advisor but the staff are obsessed! I wonder if my offer has even been forwarded to the vendor or are you waiting for someone else to come along who agrees to see your mortgage advisor so you meet your targets? Various friends and family have bought property before and its never been like this. Proof of deposit and DIP is all that is needed. I hope things improve in the next two days otherwise I will be withdrawing my offer and look elsewhere.
Dear Felicity Hollowell, As part of our obligations we do need to ensure that we financially qualify all offers to ensure our clients do not accept an offer from someone who then cannot proceed further down the line. We do not insist that you take out any products or services with our in house mortgage consultant. As you are aware the offer was put to the vendor within 24 hours of receipt and I am pleased our branch have been able to speak with you to alleviate these concerns

GooglePoor agents, they create different kind of rules for every customer, they not calling back about offers, they lie to US about property offers about Benjamin Street property in Wrexham, we were not able to give an offer even when others were not accepted, poor contact and updates. Been told that can not offer without viewving, but they viewving wasn't possible. For me looks like scamers... Not Recommend!

GoogleNew build in Wrexham, Beresford Adams are agents..? Nothing gets fixed, nothing gets done and their communication is really bad. If you want to rent through them DO NOT BOTHER.. 8C Argyle Street apartment, NO INTERNET, when asked about will the landlord be putting internet in.. Answer was sort your self out..!!!
