We have recently moved house and used Aimee O’Neill as our mortgage advisor. I cannot speak highly enough of Aimee - she not only got us a fantastic deal on our mortgage, but also negotiated the purchase price on our behalf. Aimee is very responsive and communicative, and always followed through on any actions. She kept us updated at every stage, even on a bank holiday, liaising with both the estate agents and solicitors. We had a nightmare by having to change our mortgage only a week before completion and Aimee worked extremely hard to get everything processed and approved in time. Thank you so much Aimee - you made a very stressful situation much easier!

I both bought and sold with Beresford Adams this year and couldn’t be happier with the service. After finding the perfect property I wanted to buy I contacted them and they arranged a viewing for the next day. I also arranged for them to come and view my property and Mel who came to value it was amazing. Came very prepared with how other properties in the area have sold recently. Was so Impressed with the pitch I agreed to go ahead there and then. The pictures were taken and it was for sale within a week! They also helped with finding a Solicitor (DC Law) who were also great! All in all great service from the whole business and I am now in my dream home!

My family and I viewed a house in street we were interested in. I had an offer accepted. Which was great. Until two days later I was told I was gazumped! Not much of an explanation. The house had been on the market for months. Which I believe was a conflict of interest with one investor of the property. Anyway.. I was mainly a cash buyer, but also in the process of buying some land so acquired a mortgage offer to ensure that this purchase was straightforward. They tried to push for their own mortgage people, which I wasn't really interested in. Which I this think was the defining factor! Suddenly a house that noone was interested in... is in a bidding war. Shame on you Beresford Adams.
