GoogleDO NOT ever use this agency to market your property they look to sell it Fast by UNDERVALUING your property, and when you ask for a marketing update they REJECT your property from the market claiming yours is over valued, which is mental considering the house 10 doors along which is comparable sold for only 5k less than your asking AND you already said you were flexible to 10K on your price for a NEWLY refurbished property ! AVOID AVOID AVOID Balgores are awful

The service Balgores Hornchurch provided was amazing from start to finish. Especially Charlie who was extremely helpful and was always contactable during the whole process. He was always willing to open up the property we were buying and gave us regular updates on the purchase progress of our first home. We would highly recommend Balgores. Balgores of South Woodham Ferrers were extremely helpful in the selling of my property. Yes they are paid but they seemed to me to go the extra mile. They gave helpful advice on the first visit on how to present the house. They answered all my questions without using 'jargon' and always made me feel that me and my property were very important. Maria helped when it came to filling in forms and keeping me updated with how the sale was going. From my personal experience I would certainly recommend the South Woodham Ferrers branch, nothing was too much for them and they make wonderful tea too. Thanks to Clive, Marie, Lucy and Tom.

Was told our buyer was in a chain of two with a first time buyer buying the property from our buyers and to take the offer (even though it was less than we wanted it) as it would be stress free - turned out there were approx 6 in the chain the first time buyer was one minute buying for a family member then we were told it was an an investor before finding out it was a builder who bought properties to do up - the whole process was an absolute nightmare and went on for over 7 months... the only saving grace was the negotiator that kept the chain from collapsing at least 3 times... I would get it in writing how many are ACTUALLY in the chain before agreeing to offers!

My experience with estate agents over the years whilst running a mortgage broker business had left me dreading the thought of using one when the time came to sell my own property. Fortunately the team at Balgores are not just estate agents, they are dedicated, professional and efficient business people. The result of this is the house sold within 10 days at the price I wanted to achieve and they also took over the sale of our purchasers from an ordinary agent and sold their home even quicker. Thank you to all of the team at Balgores Chelmsford. I would recommend these guys every time and would not hesitate to use their brilliant service again in the future.

We had no major problems using Balgores. Didn't get the minimum for what we wanted for our property. One thing that annoyed me was that i asked for no shoes to be worn during viewings and that was ignored on a few occasions.

We were very lucky that our whole moving experience went very smoothly with very few hitches. Our house sold within three days with only three viewers, two of which made an offer. The whole process was quick and efficient and the Solicitors recommended by Balgores were excellent.
