TrustpilotHighly Recommend
I found Balgores in Brentwood to be excellent. I had previously instructed Beresfords but Balgores were much more proactive. Joe was always at the end of the phone and helped chase the chain to exchange. It wasn’t the easiest of sales but he worked really hard to keep the chain together. I am quite sure without Balgores I would still be in my old house.

TrustpilotAmazing service so professional and supportive
Amazing service so professional yet personal. As a lady on my own it was quite daunting but I need not have worried Balgores looked after me and my interests. Richard manages a great team, Kish gives first rate advice so that you are always kept informed at every stage, Kelly assists with many things including the viewings, arranges timings to suit you always with a smile and Louise supported till the end chasing up people when needed. Balgores cover everything from start to finish taking on the stress acting on your behalf all the time. You are always welcome in the shop if you are concerned they listen and understand. Best of all they put your mind at rest as you know you have a top team working on your behalf. Would 100% recommend them. Thank you Upminster Balgores.

Jo and Billy were brilliant at steering me through the sale of my flat. Messages were answered quickly, queries were solved and when I was uncertain they were very re-assuring. All done with good humour. I couldn't have asked for an easier passage through what can be a very confusing and stressful process.

My property was on the market for a long time and I reduced the price a couple of times under the guidance of Charlie at Balgores in Hornchurch. It worked because it eventually sold. They handles all the viewings and I was kept up to date with feedback. Would definitely recommend.
