TrustpilotExcellent service once again
This is the second time we have used Michael, Michael initially did our first mortgage 5 years ago and has just assisted with our remortgage. Michael had the difficult job of trying to secure us a good deal, this was challenging especially with the bank of England rising the rates, however Michael managed to find us the best rate at the time. Mackensie was excellent keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application. We will definitely use them when we renew in 5 years time.

TrustpilotMortgage Adviser: Gemma highly recommended
Brilliant service from the Mortgage Advice Bureau - Gemma Doganca (Mortgage Adviser). Gemma has been by my side for almost a year from viewings and offers through to purchase! She's been a consistent ally throughout (including 2 mortgage applications and offers as the first purchase fell through!) and is highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. She is generous with her time and is always proactive and works with your best interests in mind. Her colleague Rohima has also been regularly checking in and helped keep things moving along. Thanks both!

Balgores Upminster were great at keeping me updated with the progression of my house purchase and were proactive in contacting other estate agents and solicitors. A special mention to Donna, Abbie, Chris and Claire. Peter helped me secure the best mortgage in these ever changing times and they all worked hard as a team to get me moved in!

TrustpilotAbi and Mackensie have been amazing!
Abi and Mackensie have been amazing. As first time buyer it was so lovely to have someone like Abi who could help us navigate things we were not sure about and she was able to get our mortgage offer submitted quickly!
Mackensie has been a huge help with things behind the scenes and worked very quickly to get an error corrected on our offer!

TrustpilotFriendly & Knowledgeable
Great experience! For a first time buyer, trying to buy at a time when interest rates were increasing every 3 months was an added stress to an already overwhelming process, but I couldn't have asked for a better team supporting me than at Balgores, Loughton. They walked me through every step of the way, recommended some fantastic solicitors and brokers, and were constantly ahead of the game to ensure as smooth a sale as possible. Thanks Jack!
