Balgores have been really helpful in my remortgage process; I have little experience in this area, so I appreciated Christian Wilkinson's expert advice and insight into the market. Rohima Miah was superb in sorting out my paperwork for the lender. I would recommend Balgores for first-time Buyers, experienced Buyers and people looking to remortgage. I will be using Balgores again.

Towards the end of last year we decided to Sell our first home which we had actually purchased through Balgores Basildon 2 years prior, we also Purchased (Again) through Baglores Basildon this time around. Our first home sold for over the asking price within the first week of going live, unfortunately due to some ups and downs we did lose our first buyer, but the team at Balgores pushed on! We are very pleased with the service we received from all the staff at Balgores Basildon, From start to finish the whole team were very polite & professional, and kept us up to date with any changes or delays, we cannot thank them all enough especially for their patience throughout the whole process. (as I don’t feel I was always the easiest of client!) We would also like to say a massive thanks to Sean their in house mortgage broker he held our hands every step or the way and reassured us with any doubts we had, he went through everything step by step and made sure everything was explained to us thoroughly! Highly recommend all of them and will certainly be returning to Balgores (if I have the courage to move again) and will continue to work with Sean for any future mortgage renewals etc! Thanks to all! GoogleIm writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by Balgores Romford Estate Agents. I've several complaints regarding the way I've been treated as a customer, particularly with regards to their preference for their own mortgage broker. It is evident to me that Balgores Romford Estate Agents show bias towards customers who use their preferred mortgage broker. Despite my having obtained a mortgage in principle directly from a lender, they have strongly suggested that I use theirs instead. This is not only unfair, but it is also illegal according to the UK's Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which prohibit estate agents from requiring buyers to use a particular service in order to complete a transaction. Moreover, I have reason to believe that Balgores Romford Estate Agents have withheld important information from me and have not been impartial in their dealings with me. As an estate agent, they have a legal obligation to provide impartial advice and disclose all relevant information to their customers. However, it seems that they have failed to do so and have instead shown a preference for their own financial interests. I am extremely disappointed with the way Balgores Romford Estate Agents have treated me as a customer, and I hope that they will take my complaints seriously and take the necessary steps to rectify their behaviour and practices.

I have been with Balgores for two years now. My experience with everyone in the various teams, whether in the Dagenham Branch, or elsewhere, have been very positive. For my most recent experience, as a landlord, id like to thank the Dagenham Team, especially Danny. He has been very prompt, polite, responsive, and eager to help. I reached out to him on Friday evening out of office hours, and he responded. He was helpful in guiding me through the licensing process. Id also like to thank the wider team. There is such positive and collaborative approach to their work. Danny is definitely a 5 star.

Balgores Romford are quite frankly the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with. My review will be extensive and detailed, but to summarise they are dedicated, hard working, diligent, organised, professional and responsive. We struggled with another agent in finding buyers from June 2022 to January 2023, and their buyer pool and due diligence was very poor. I was in contact with the Balgores Branch Manager, Charlie King, who assured me that he could find me a buyer in under a month. Once our property was listed in February 2023, we had a buyer lined up by mid-month. It was astonishing how amazing the team was, their dedicated buyer pool and how quickly we managed to find someone. Marc De La Cruz helped show buyers around our home, and his knowledge and research into the local area was fantastic. Marketing materials were prepared within a few days and our property was listed on nearly every major known website, and we had potential buyers through our door in droves. Once we progressed with the sale, Balgores has an appointed Sales Progressor, Ms Louise Gibson, who is extremely well connected within Havering, very knowledgable about conveyancing and processes, and quite frankly an absolute powerhouse one woman army, with the ability to stay up to date on all her cases, quick to respond to all her messages and emails, and detailed and thorough in her approach. She stays on top of both buyer/seller’s Solicitors, agents, local authorities in a manner I’ve not ever experienced. Louise is strong willed and unyielding in her almost zealot-like drive to obtaining results, in a professional and polite manner, and I cannot sing her praises enough. Charlie King is down to earth, does not present false luring tactics to ensnare potential customers and is a honest hardworking and reliable branch manager who, along with his wider team, provide a stellar service. The sale of our home could not have proceeded as well as it did without Balgores Romford, and we are eternally grateful to Charlie, Marc, Louise and the wider team.

Having previously used a rubbish company to remortgage, I was quite apprehensive trying again until I met Daniel (early March) through my daughter’s friend. Her description of Daniel was spot on. Excellent, down to earth, cheerily, easy to talk to, a good listener, very patient and knows the business well. Daniel did exactly as promised. The remortgage process was surprisingly quick.
