GoogleCalled twice to view a property, rude and short on the phone when trying to obtain basic information about the lease and charges etc, was told I would receive a call with regards to a viewing, was never even phoned, called back to ask again and was told someone would get back to me but no one did, overall substandard service and wouldn't reccomended. What it looks like was happening was they was keeping the place back for a specific person and not letting anyone else get a look in possibly for a little drink or something to a local investor or developer. Won't be using as my agents for as long as I live in swf, will stick with church and hawes

GoogleMy wife and I had the pleasure of working with Balgores from 2019-2020, handling the sale of our property. During what can only be described as an incredibly challenging time (Brexit then Covid19 pandemic), Balgores kept working hard on the sale, engaging with us at every step and handling all the queries and challenges arising from the sale of a property. Definitely have to shout out for Sarah Oakley for simply being amazing in the final stages of the property sale, keeping us updated and chasing when things slowed down, Allanah Buckroyd for all the efforts in finding our buyers and supporting us to a mutually satisfactory conclusion - as well as the ever friendly and supportive team in Chelmsford. GoogleFound the agents to be very professional and was able to contact them after hours. They were very knowledgeable on the area we were renting out in. Agents (Reece and Mark at Hornchurch branch) were able to achieve multiple offers on the property we were renting out and the process was completed quickly due to the efficiency of the agents and the admin staff. I would highly recommend using them.

Deciding was easy, we like it. Mark hepled us with setting about the new house. For us it is first time renting house in UK, help was needed. GoogleWe was recommended to speak to an mortgage advisor when calling balgores to look at properties, myself and my husband made an appointment with Lucy. I was not expecting the service she has given us from day one of meeting her. I can honestly say myself and my husband's case wasn't the easiest but Lucy was able to secure us a mortgage!! The communication between us was outstanding and I honestly don't have a bad word to say! Highly highly recommend anyone who wants to buy their first home or is renewing their mortgage to speak to Lucy!! I would give more then 5 stars if I could 😄

GoogleI recently rented my first property through Reece at Balgores in Upminster and the experience was without question a great one and I strongly suggest that anyone looking to get a new place starts with Balgores Upminster if in this area of course (ask for Reece). Although a little daunting being a first time experience for me, Reece personally made the whole process so straight forward and made sure that he was available to assist with any questions at anytime... before and after the deal was done 👌 Will gladly continue to use Balgores and Reece in the following years.

GoogleCan not fault service provided by the Lettings department in Chelmsford. Viewed a property with very short notice with Callum and he pushed my offer to the landlord straight after and i’m due to move in in two weeks time! Very productive and organised, Would highly recommended.
