GoogleBought a property through Balgores last year, Jason was extremely slow when coming back to us with queries, on one occasion was on annual leave without telling us. When we rang after waiting almost a week for a response, his father explained ‘it’s not our policy to inform you when we’re not here’. Shocking customer service that was evident from day one. The solicitors they recommend (and by the way, earn money from doing so), ‘Simply Conveyancing’ made the whole process far from simple. We eventually had to complain to them too for such a poor service. Overall, a very long a stressful 4 months from our offer being accepted to completing. Would seriously never deal with them again.. useless is an understatement!

Dear Mr Stroud, I confirm I have now looked into the matters you raised in your above review and list below my findings. Your purchase was involved in a chain of 3 properties with the top property being a leasehold flat, I would not consider the time it took for the sale to complete to be unreasonable given these circumstances. I note your mortgage offer took around 10 weeks to be offered and this was very surprising as most mortgage offers are granted within 3 weeks of a buyer agreeing to purchase a property. My team are very dedicated and will often respond to emails when on annual leave of their own volition. Jason was abroad and without his knowledge there were issues with his phone. However, the sale was not ready to exchange at that time and the fact your email was not responded to had no effect in causing any delays with the transaction. Furthermore, I offered to speak to you several times after you got your partner to call my office but you declined and stated you were always too busy to take phone calls. I note your comments regarding Simply Conveyancing and I am sorry to hear you were also unhappy with their service as well. We refer hundreds of clients to them annually and the feedback is typically very positive, and I can confirm that when agents refer clients to panel solicitors they do receive an incentive and this is disclosed in the terms and conditions when the solicitors are engaged. In summary, whilst I am sorry to note you were unhappy with your lender, the solicitors and Balgores, I would like to wish you every future happiness in your new home. GoogleDO NOT USE! The site is useless and most of the properties listed are not even for rent or sale when you call the 'agents' associated with them. Waste of time and effort. would look elsewhere for properties.

From the date the better half and I got in contact with the absolute rascals of a team at the Upminster Branch we knew we were in safe hands. We tasked Abbie and Chloe with procuring the home of our dreams (no easy feat with the boxes that needed ticking). The Balgores team shortlisted properties, handled our demands with the upmost professionalism and located a property that both "er indoors" and I fell in love with. During the whole process their communication couldn't be faulted and then they passed us to Chris. Chris executed the purchase as a very seamless process bringing in his colleague Donna at the last minute to finalise the details.... What a bunch of Weapons they are! Last but not least I would like to thank the mortgage broker that they introduced us to. A big shout out to Peter Walker! The term "high velocity impact" must have been coined for this man! He delivered his charisma, charm and wit throughout making what would normally be a stressful experience very enjoyable and a fun process. Peter must knock on the doors of banks and mortgage lenders with a sledgehammer, he was always there and always willing. A true professional with so much knowledge of the industry, he had the answers before the questions had even been raised. If only all experiences with Estate Agents and Customer service in general was this good the world would be a better place. This is a very real true review!

Lewis Channell‑Tomlinson helped us with getting a great product on a mortgage where he was very informative and talked us through every step of the way. We are very thankful to him for his extensive support whilst purchasing our property as you can imagine, purchasing a property can be very stressful. Hayley Rossiter was extremely helpful and very supportive in making sure we had all the relevant paperwork so we were in the best position to receive the mortgage offer. I have to say we have had other mortgage advisors in the past, however Lewis and Hayley have exceeded our expectations and we will continue to use their services for future mortgages.

GoogleCannot recommend Allison highly enough. I had a tenant issue and my letting agent had no idea how to handle, I had seen Allison recommended in a property fb group. I got in touch by email with my query and she replied promptly with clear detailed advice giving a clear insight into next steps. Allison charged me a very reasonable fee to review the paperwork to ensure all was inline if we needed to take any action. Luckily, the tenant moved out a few weeks after their agreed date so no further assistance was required. If I ever needed these services again Allison would be my first choice.

GoogleAll started well. I sent a the information Allison requested. Was advised a section 8 would be sent out. Struggled to get Allsion on the phone as it was not sent. Was then advised we could roll with the section 21 that I had already issued myself. After that I called 3 times over a week and left messages with no reply whatsoever. I then sent a text message asking for her to reply to me with again no reply. I then got somebody else to call Allison's number and she picked up straight away showing I was being completely ignored. A horrible way to treat somebody who is already going through the stress of a bad tenant. The delays have cost me a lot of money. I would never recommend this company. Be very careful of a company that can only be contacted through a mobile. Lesson learned.

We have certainly never intentionally ignored you, however your comments have led us to review our communications as we have an auto response on missed calls where a text message is sent but these have only been on unknown mobile numbers so we have now changed this with immediate effect. We have reviewed your case and there has clearly been a misunderstanding as we were waiting for confirmation regarding a surrender but we failed to follow this up and again I apologise. GoogleCannot recommend Allison highly enough. At a time of great stress with a very difficult tenant, she gave advice that even we could understand. Allison is diligent and in these days of financial hardship is excellent value for money too and she answers the phone!!
