As soon as we wanted to sell our home we went to Balgores Hayes and was met with Paul Hayes who you can only describe as a very experienced estate agent every thing he assured as was carried out and was professional in every aspect. His team were a credit to him especially Billy who we were in contact with more regularly. The photos produced were amazing and the constant contact kept with us was very re-assuring we never had to chase them and the sale was completed without a hitch. On top of all this they were very nice people nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleFriendly agent and keen on availability but lacks knowledge in digital work. Maybe is not important for other people but was super important for us to have everything in good shape and on time, which we haven't. If we had had a signed contract from the counter party with a date of entry at the corresponding moment we would have started that tenancy. Best of luck
