GoogleGone from being really helpful and lovely to unhelpful and uncaring overnight. I signed a contract for my flat tenancy renewal back in February but they failed to tell me that my landlord had not signed and returned the contract so I was blissfully unaware that my home was a risk. I was advised my home is for sale last week after renewing various utilities for another year that I will still be liable for when I leave. In panic mode I put a holding deposit on another property without really thinking it through and put under pressure to move quickly. I have pulled out of the new rental but disgusted when they refused to refund my money despite their mistake in not passing on information. I have religiously paid my rent on time despite being made redundant over covid and feel this is a pretty unethical and unpleasant way to treat a good tenant. All in all their mistake has cost me a fortune and I wont use them again. Started out so good but beware when they make a mistake they wash their hands of you. Update…. Reduced my rating even less stars when I saw the unsatisfactory and bias response I got from the shower of complete unprofessionals. They aren’t interested in dealing with their mistake and are totally ignoring my very valid and proven issues. Won’t be using them again and I suggest others don’t, times are hard spend your money with companies who excel in customer service and want to look after you, with competition for business as it is use those companies who want to do a good job and who care about their customer and doing the right thing, it’s so important in this financial climate to go to companies who are prepared to work for your business and go the extra mile… which is certainly not this lot!

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with A&W when purchasing a flat, and overall my experience with them was positive. While nothing particularly stood out as exceptional, the team was consistently kind and responsive, always answering my questions in a timely manner. Communication was great throughout the process, and I appreciated the regular updates I received on the status of my purchase. In the end, the process was stress-free and fast, which was a relief for a first-time homebuyer like myself. Overall, I would recommend A&W for their solid service and commitment to keeping their clients informed.

GoogleMe and my partner have rented a property through Austin and Wyatt's. From viewing, to collecting the keys to moving in was smooth sailing. They even gave us a move in pack with goodies which was great to keep us going on move in day. The staff are really friendly and helpful, thank you to Anna and Tia who were part of our renting process. We'd definitely recommend renting through this estate agents.

GoogleA professional, informative, customer focused division. Liz and her team were outstanding in assisting with a deposit claim. They provided huge insight and guidance and took care of submitting the relevant documents for me and kept me in the loop during the whole process. GoogleCommunication was our big concern, we have sold in the past with little to no updates. This was not the case with Kyle and his team. We had regular contact with updates far beyond what I was expecting. Their knowledge of the area made things so smooth and easy. I really can't recommend them enough. GoogleVery helpful, empathetic and professional agents. I have just sold my house through them, however the solicitor I was assigned for the conveyancing was appalling, the complete opposite. A&W helped tremendously, by pushing the solicitors on both sides, resulting in a positive outcome, just within the timescale I needed. Ps, if you're offered Conveyancing Direct, I would recommend that you politely decline.
