GoogleOn our third tenancy as landlords with Austin Wyatt, and we’re very happy. Our property always is on the market under a week before it’s let. Anna, Nicola and Tia in the Bournemouth office are so helpful and friendly. I would recommend.

GoogleI am planning to buy a house and I took my day off because I had 2 viewings and 2 hours later they cancelled the viewings and they didn't even give me the option to see one of the houses. Honestly, this service doesn't seem like they want to sell. They are unfriendly and don't help you find other options.

GoogleSadly the worst experience choosing Austin & Wyatt Bournemouth. Never answered the phone, I’ve never had any feed back I don’t even know if they ever showed anyone around the property. The icing on the cake was my partner going to pick up the keys to my flat only to realise they are the keys to someone else’s property.

I felt that all my questions were answered promptly and honestly and Charlotte was quick to address any concerns and offer reassurance. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt confident that my purchase was in excellent hands . I would definitely use Charlotte in the future .

Took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, budget / bit of a project / location etc. Sent us all the properties that fitted the bill but wasn’t pushy at getting viewings booked or making us feel pressured which was very refreshing. Ended up offering on one but was unfortunately out bidded, but still wanted to submit this review to commend her professionalism and ability to truly understand what we were looking for.

Google2020: Kyle has been great helping me buy my first home - there were many delays with it, being a new build - not Kyle's fault - but helped me through it and was happy to answer any questions I had very quickly. Thanks Kyle :) 2024: The team at Austin & Wyatt have been great - I recently sold my first home with them to move onto a new home and the whole team were very helpful.
