GoogleMichael was very helpful at the introduction. We chose A&W over three other local agents. However, things went drastically wrong after that. The photography (a 'professional' photographer in a tearing hurry) was very poor; lots of overexposure, and failed to actually capture the relevant features (eg stools chopped in half at breakfast bar, missed a feature wall, and had to be called back from the road for missing photos). When the Particulars were sent the photos were unsatisfactory. A&W said they would correct this, but when particulars were resent - they sent the same photos even though we had discussed and approved other photos for use - including some that we took ourselves, to supplement the poor ones. There appears to be little communication between the staff, and even less with the clients. As a result we decided not to continue with this agent having lost faith: if they couldn't even get the particulars right, what sort of service would they be able to provide further down the line? Would not recommend.

GoogleWe decided to market our home through A&W as they are selling a house we are interested in and it seemed the convenient thing to do. It has turned out to be the right thing to do, as they have proved to be very professional, friendly and great at communicating on all aspects of our sale. They offer comprehensive feedback quickly and all viewings are confirmed by text. Special thanks to Madeleine, who has been so helpful and is an excellent ambassador for A&W. Also Dawn, who was very helpful and friendly during our viewings. Overall, a great team with extensive local knowledge and enthusiasm for what they do. Highly recommended.

We have been kept informed of all the necessary processes during the recent sale of a property and we can rely on the advice and assistance they have provided. GoogleMy father was a tenant of a property managed by A&W - he passed away back in April and we have had very little communication from Austin & Wyatt on whether his room has been cleared, and we've had no communication on what is happening with his deposit. Emails are often going ignored (even by the branch manager), and I feel this is a really poor way to treat people who are dealing with a very recent and painful bereavement.

GoogleI am planning to buy a house and I took my day off because I had 2 viewings and 2 hours later they cancelled the viewings and they didn't even give me the option to see one of the houses. Honestly, this service doesn't seem like they want to sell. They are unfriendly and don't help you find other options.
