We have recently sold our property with ACORN. It has been a very complicated sale, as we were buying a new build property at the same time and had to adhere to the deadlines given by the developer. ACORN guided us through this journey with excellence. Not only found us the right buyer who has offered us about 10% more than other 'local agents' predicted would be maximum for our property (if we are lucky), but also was extremely helpful with negotiations with the developer, assuring them about the progress of our deal on regular basis. We cannot recommend Acorn at Grove Park highly enough, they have been very professional, kind and supportive throughout our recent journey selling our property with them.
