DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Appalling customer service, sold my house but didn’t actually list my buyer for weeks. Took pictures in the rain, never came back to take more - so only had half my garden, half the parking. Some of their staff literally harass you into viewing houses and then others seem to be incompetent in returning your phone call. Then when you think it’s all clear they phone you and tell you you’ve got 12 days to clear out your entire house because the other party has agreed on a date - you aren’t asked about but told … they forgot to tell your solicitor though (who confirms that is NOT the date) and you don’t move for another 3 weeks by which time you’ve already cancelled 5 days of work. Then to top it off, after your solicitor has paid their fees - turns out they haven’t and they email you for the marketing pack they are still owed. I would not recommend this company to my enemy, don’t use them!

Whilst the larger agent then hounded me for months about selling, Acorn didn't apply pressure, and when my timeline changed they were entirely understanding, empathetic and flexible - they see both the human and business side of property, which is much appreciated during the emotionally charged experience of moving house!
