She was such a lovely person to interact with, so helpful and kin in ensuring we get the best in what we are looking for. Even my little boy of 12year old fell in love with her because of her good attitude and reception towards us. GoogleI won’t be in your CRM because, after wasting over 8 months of my time, I decided to walk away. You advertised a 2-bedroom property, but after paying for a surveyor, I found out that the second bedroom wasn’t even legally big enough to be classified as such. Later, as the process dragged on and we approached the move-in date, it turned out that planning permission for multiple works, including a new balcony, hadn’t even been applied for. The delays and dishonesty ended up costing me 7 months of rent and storage fees. To top it all off, my last conversation with your sales team was appalling, the representative told me not to pull out because he wanted to secure his commission. Completely unprofessional.

GoogleAcorn Northumberland Heath branch bent over backward for us! Having been on the market 2 years ago trying to sell the house without success, we’ve started this journey with great amount of doubt and little faith in estate agents. But this time around Acorn proved us wrong! They delivered exactly what they promised at the first appointment; not only that they are reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy, but they also provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of the progress and responding to inquiries promptly. Selling and buying a house at the same time is not only a difficult task but also nerve wracking one. What really alleviated the stress and anxiety was having regular conversations with the Area Sales Manager Arikson and Opoku with them taking the time to explain the stage we were at and what needed to be done. Thank you, Arikson and Opoku for your professional and friendly support throughout the whole process and for making the selling of our existing home and buying the new one a successful and easier experience for us! Without a doubt, should we’ve stayed in the area and if you were needed - you would have been our first and only choice of estate agent!
