GoogleFantastic service from Karthiga and Festina at the Grove Park Office. Unfortunately, Festina was battling to sell as there wasnt much interest but she tried her hardest and was up beat every step of the way. We then decided between us, that a rental would be my best option. Handed over to Karthiga, and within two days had a tenant. Being overseas, I dont have the benefit of being hands on, but the office (Deven included) have made the whole process seamless, and I couldnt be more satisfied.. Well done to the whole Acorn team

GoogleAcorn supported the sale of my house from the moment of estimation through to the final sale. I was given updates regularly and most importantly to me, offered support and resolutions to keep things moving. When I felt overwhelmed or out of my depth with selling the house, I felt safe knowing they had my best interest at heart. Although they act professionally, you also feel a personal touch when communicating with them. I cannot thank Festina and Taylor enough for their help and support and I highly recommend using Acorn if you want an easy sale.

GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Acorn estate agents. They managed to sell my flat within the first 3 viewings. Throughout the lengthy sales process Godefroy has been absolutely brilliant making sure I was kept up to date at all times. He was super approachable and male sure all the parties in the chain were communicating with each other regularly to ensure the chain stays intact. Our flat management company and our solicitors were a bit of a pain to deal with and Godefroy was brilliant at dealing with difficult situations. I was highly recommend them and also suggest you go with a solicitor who worls closely with them. Many thanks

GoogleWe recently signed a tenancy for a new property via Acorn Crystal Palace, through Jack Dawkins as our Lettings Negotiator. Jack was fantastic every step of the way, from start to finish. He kept us up to date with all negotiations prior to agreeing the tenancy, and then stayed in contact throughout until our key collection date. This gave us a lot of reassurance and confidence that everything would go smoothly, during a very stressful time. We were very pleased with the service we received, thank you Jack!

GoogleWorking with Jack Dawkins made letting our flat a smooth and stress free process. We had all the information and support we needed, and exactly when we needed. Jack handled the process professionally and politely, and was particularly patient with communication on the edges of the working day. GoogleWe both bought and sold properties through Acorn and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Godefroy was an estate agent extraordinaire in helping us secure our ideal next home and then quickly helping us find a buyer for our flat. He is supported by a very helpful team who made the process as smooth as buying and selling a home can be. Samantha in particular was great in communicating where we were in the process (even though I am terrible at answering my phone!) I would recommend Acorn to anyone buying or selling a home in the Crystal Palace area.

GoogleReally great experience with Acorn Crystal Palace and with Godefroy in particular. From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and never pressured me into making any decisions. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer my questions. I really appreciated their friendly and professional approach, which made what could have been an overwhelming experience so much easier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property in CP!

GoogleJack Dawkins is truly amazing at his job. From start to finish, the process of finding and securing a property through him has been incredible. I cannot thank him nor recommend him enough, honestly. Even with all the questions we had (and trust, there were many) Jack was patient and took the time to ensure we were properly informed and kept in the loop. We were also on a bit of a time constraint with our move, and Jack went above and beyond to ensure the process was as swift as possible for us. If you want a (fairly) stress free and smooth process, Jack is your go to. Incredibly well spoken and positive too, which is good when you need to build rapport with your estate agent.
