Nice staff but NEVER use the solicitors they recommend. On a chain free conveyance we’re approaching 20 weeks with no end in sight, the purchase property has literally sat empty for that entire period… can’t imagine how long it would take when you’ve got a chain involved! Also just found out that documents requested from the freeholder were only requested around week 18 of the process and they’ve got a 30 day turnaround time. Genuinely gobsmacked.

I feel very fortunate to have met Harry. I am fed up of estate agents who want to pit you against other buyers and mistreat you in the process. This seems to have been my experience of late. Harry, however, isn’t that type of estate agent. The only reason I’ve continued to keep with Acorn for a new property is because of Harry. In my opinion he presents as a decent, genuine person who will work with you in the attempt to find you a property that fits for both you and the vendor. It’s a rare find, in my opinion.
