GoogleI am very happy to be served by agent Andzelika Lesniak. She was very professional and helpful during all letting process and she is still helpful with my additional questions I provide to her. Answers to emails are very fast, if she is not in the office but you call to her, agent will take your message and forward to her immediately, and after that you will get call back from Andzelika as soon as possible. GoogleWe put our flat on with Acorn, within the first day of marketing they had over 13 vieiwngs for the week but it actually went under offer at asking price on the first day, first viewing! They are quick to come back and answer all questions in great detail - even late at night. Would use and recommend Acorn again.

GoogleOn Saturday we had the pleasure of meeting Danny Muir who showed us around a property to let. From the start, we received a prompt response to our enquiry and great communication throughout. Danny had really listened to our requirements and understood. He was very professional and personable, so we’d like to give credit where credit is due! Nellie showed us round the property we bought and from the day we placed an offer she was helpful every step of the way. She kept us in the loop at all stages and would always keep in touch with updates. She answered any queries we had promptly and was always there to re-assure/help us when it got a bit stressful. The team was very helpful, especially Adzelika. She is very professional and was even attentive to my questions while she was on holiday! GoogleWe were struggling to sell our house. We had been on the market for some time with two agents with lots of viewings but couldn’t find a buyer. Acorn got us two offers within the first week and we accepted one. We really felt that we needed somebody who would understand the great things about our house and sell these to perspective buyers. They delivered on this. Once the sale was agreed Acorn were very proactive with helping to chase the various parties which helped to move to completion quickly. As the time to exchange approached we were let down by our moving company. We were on holiday so we’re not able to get additional quotes. Acorn sourced additional quotes and even visited the house with the moving company which allowed us to complete on the preferred date. The company Acorn arranged did a great job on the day! Nellie in the Dartford office was looking after us throughout. She did a great job for us and for Acorn. Well done Nellie, you should be proud!

GoogleI took my time selecting the right agent for my house sale and invited 4 x valuers, one of those was Daniel Langiano, Acorn's Branch Manager. I chose Acorn because my gut feeling told me they had a great energy about them and attention to detail. I wasn't disappointed. I can honestly say that throughout the process, Daniel and his team, particularly Jonathan Colin, were really professional and supported me all the way to the offer. I like the fact they communicate regularly, even the odd quick call to update me on small details. All queries were answered promptly and at all times of the day and the final completion was smooth and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Acorn to anyone in Dartford looking to buy or sell their property.

At times we were concerned with our 4 house chain that it may fall, but Daniel gave us daily updates and went the extra mile to ensure it did not. He was slick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. What a lovely branch he runs and great for the area! Thank you Daniel and Acorn, you are so highly recommended!
