GoogleI Cannot praise the team enough for managing our house sale. From the first point of contact with Scott at Acorn , I knew I had chosen the right agency. The staff were professional, always available to answer my questions promptly and managed the sale to our satisfaction. All viewings were well organised and managed by Scott, Laurence and Jack. GoogleWe recently bought a house through Acorn, Dartford and couldn't have been happier with the service we received from Ed and his team. We had a few issues with selling our own place and the real estate we were using but Ed kept us informed and supported us through the whole process. We got more assistance from him than our own estate agent. Next time we sell we will definitely be going back to Acorn!

GoogleI had quite a stressful time moving into my new home, but we have finally exchanged now! All I can say is how helpful and supportive Acorn have been throughout the whole process. I have dealt with a few people at Acorn, but Laurence was the one I spoke to the most, and I really appreciate her help and guidance. Always there to talk to if I need help and always keeping in contact on a regular basis. I would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI dealt with Acorn for my property purchase. I must say they are very professional with a very prompt response to everything starting from the offer till the end. I was dealing with Laurence Doucet their Sr. Sales Negotiator, she had been very helpful all through and was concerned for both the parties me and the vendor equally so that we can both get the best, which is generally unlikely. I must thank Laurence for all her efforts.According to me they are the best in the market who help you to get the right price both for the buyer and the seller. Highly recommended.

GoogleRonnie and the team at Acorn in Dartford have been amazing and true to their word. Was told my house would be sold within a week and they did just that. The service I have received from Laurence has been second to none. Always responding to emails and calls and even out of hours. She provides a great personal service which is very hard to find these days. I appreciate all the hard work they have done to help us with our sale and I hope our sales progression goes as smoothly as the rest has. Would 100% recommend and use again. A joy to work with.

GoogleI couldn't recommend them more! Aidan dealt with the letting of my apartment. He was extremely proactive (yet not pushy!) and had my property rented out before details were even published on the website! Everything was explained very clearly and the service was excellent which was a huge comfort being a first time landlord. Acorn are fully managing the rental of my flat and I feel confident I can put my faith in them to do a great job.

Beth in particular helped take all the stress away from an incredibly protracted sale and purchase. With out her help we would not be moving. Great communication and highest level of professionalism! GoogleWe have been dealing with Acorn Lettings for two years now and our first point of contact is Aidan Sealey. He is very knowledgeable about the Crystal Palace area and the type of tenants it attracts. Initially we had a property on the market for over two months with another agent with no luck, but Aidan found a tenant in a matter of days. He has always dealt with us and our tenants in a professional, conscientious manner and has ironed out any minor problems in a mutually beneficial manner for us all.

GoogleAcorn are just excellent. We dealt with Vanessa and Alex in the Crystal Palace office on both a sale and purchase and their services were exemplary. This was mainly down to their attitude; they're friendly, warm, understanding and incredibly efficient. What could have been an immensely stressful time was an entirely manageable situation. Zero complaints. Nothing but praise.
